Justin Smith Architects have been working up designs for a sustainable home in open countryside, and are pleased to announce that Planning Consent has been granted. We look forward to work commencing on site in the coming months.
The hillside site covers 5 acres, and is designed to be home to a family along with a collection of rare breed goats and miniature Mediterranean donkeys.
The highly innovative and sustainable design nestles into the hillside and provides easy access to maintain the land and support animal husbandry.
Our approach embodies the 3 dimensions to sustainable development, -economic, social and environmental roles with mutual dependency, a fundamental requirement of the NPPF.
