The site is situated in the rear garden of an existing property, in the village of Repton, South Derbyshire. We were briefed with creating a comfortable 5 bedroom property, yet the design seeks to scale with the surrounding properties, which are predominantly 1.5 storeys. We have blended traditional and modern forms with modern construction methods and a palette of materials comprising of render, cedar and slate and expanses of glass. This will result in a modern, environmentally friendly, family oriented home.
The scheme was granted planning permission in January 2017 with construction scheduled to commence early 2018.
