Location: Derby.
This Grade II listed building is based in the Cathedral Quarter of Derby. The project benefited from the English Heritage partnership building repair grant scheme. Our role was to redesign and project manage the installation of a new shop front. This involved historical research; intrusive surveys; complex negotiations with the planning and conservation departments, building regulations, landlord and tenants; selection of suitable contractors; tender and management of the build contract and grant applications.
