The brief for this project was to create a contemporary dwelling which takes full advantage of its location and views and provide stunning living accommodation for a large family.
The design incorporates a dramatic double height entrance hall with bespoke stairs. Open plan living areas and large glazed openings on the rear will have a direct relationship with the courtyard and landscaped garden beyond. The steep glazed gable to the front elevation becomes a feature.
Planning permission was achieved in 2014.
