The existing dwelling did not meet the needs of the family, and was in need of modernisation. Our proposal creates a low carbon dwelling, with a modern, fluid layout and affords great views over the adjacent golf course. The exterior styling combines K-rend, with cedar and Equitone cladding.
Planning consent was granted summer 2017, and works commenced on site late 2017. Work is scheduled to be completed Autumn 2018.
