We are pleased to have obtained planning consent for a 50 bed care home facility adjacent a major arterial route in Derby.
The existing building has been classified as a non-designated heritage asset. It is also adjacent to a conservation area and a number of listed buildings. We have therefore sought to preserve the best parts, whilst integrating new build construction to provide a modern facility.
