Having worked with The Bookcafe on their successful award winning Cafe in Derby’s Cornmarket back in 2009, we were delighted when The Bookcafe approached us for their 2nd outlet, located in the market town of Belper.
This was no easy feat. The building is Grade 2 listed, in a World Heritage Site, in a conservation area, in a flood zone, and coal and radon areas. However, we diligently worked through the necessary constraints to assist The Bookcafe with the delivery of their new unit.
